I was having an alternator/battery problem and got stranded in Oshkosh, these guys saved my life and were extremely calm and professional throughout. They even provided a shuttle service to get me to a friends house , and just the kindest most generous people who were understanding. Turns out it was a simple connection issue, they were fair about their pricing and I’m so grateful for that. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a shop, I see why they are highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience here. My service advisor was easy to work with when I had issues with both my 2014 Chevy Volt and my 2021 Tesla Model 3. I have to commend the Volt repair experience especially. They correctly diagnosed and repaired the "Service High Voltage Charging System" immediately after the local Chevrolet dealerships essentially told me to give up on the car—and they did it with a far better price and turnaround time. I highly recommend getting EV and hybrid service done here based on the outstanding experience I've had.

The employees were kind and helpful. I don’t know much about vehicles but when I had questions, they explained and didn’t make me feel judged. They got me in as soon as they could and when I said I had work in the afternoon, they made sure to have the car ready a couple hours before and even offered me a ride because they knew I was walking there. Hopefully I don’t have any car issues again soon….but if I do I’ll go here.

I was miffed. They asked me if my classic car was water tight. Okay I was actually impressed and thankful. Because it’s not. Brian was checking to see if they needed to bring it into the shop if it rained. That was going above and beyond Auto Authority is always helpful honest and competent

I would like to say that I had an amazing experience with Auto Authority. They were able to diagnose my Mercedes-Benz C300. Tell me specifically whats going on with it. Order my parts and do repairs in a very timely manner at a very good price. Will be taking my car back for future services. Thank you again!
